Our proud Indonesian roots come from Ida Bagus Matthew Reilly, who was born and raised in the lush spice-growing region of North Sulawesi, where his family has cultivated cloves and nutmeg for generations. Driven by a vision to bring the richness of Indonesian spices to the world, he founded Global Flavour in 1994 from the island of Bali.Since then, Ida Bagus Matthew Reilly has pioneered the export of premium-quality spices, expanded the company’s reach to over 30 countries, and played an active role in promoting sustainable sourcing practices. His passion for preserving Indonesia’s spice heritage has earned him recognition as a key contributor to the country’s modern spice trade revival.

From managing complex export documentation to coordinating global shipments, he ensures that every container of Indonesian spices reaches its destination efficiently, safely, and on time.Jackson brings over 12 years of experience in export compliance, freight negotiation, and supply chain coordination across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. His strong understanding of customs regulations, phytosanitary standards, and international certifications makes him an indispensable link between our production team and our global clients.
